Okay some tips for getting your life in order…
I’ve been in a kind of burn out and I’m just recovering, I’m still in the proces but here’s how I got out.
1. Please think about your priorities, I didn’t go to school for 3 weeks and I got a lot of shit when I went again. I had to work twice as hard. It is good to take some time for yourself and relax but laying in bed is NOT the way. Yu will just feel worse. Just take a day of and go for a walk through the woods without social media or do something creative.
2. If you are in that state that you feel down and can’t come out of bed, EAT HEALTHY! Take care of your personal hygiene and talk to some friends. Staying in your room and not having social contact and stuffing your face with chocolate may make you feel good for a minute but if you stay in that pattern, it will make you miserable. Just take a shower and have a good diner. Or ask your mom or friend to help you with it.
3. Clean your room. Cleaning your room will make you energetic and it helps you organise your life. If you have a place that’s organised, so will your brain (I hope). Put your favourite song on top volume or watch someone, a youtuber, clean their room so you can come into the mood.
4. After that just try to go to work or school slowly and try to get into that lifestyle again. Remember to do things you love often, this is important to prevent you falling back. Don’t make yourself to stressed and do things you love.
